SCNSU 2026 CONFERENCE (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

The Sustainable Carbon Neutrality in Smart Urban (SCNSU) 2026 will be held from 7–9 August 2026 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam. SCNSU is planned as a biennial academic event that brings together researchers, academics, industry professionals, and graduate students to exchange research findings and strengthen international collaboration. The 2026 event is expected to include participants from Vietnam, Korea, the United States, the Philippines, and other partner institutions.
The water resources program will focus on the theme “Water Security and Resilient Urban Systems under Climate Change”, with sessions covering Water Security under Climate Change, Water Resources and Groundwater Management, and Urban Water Infrastructure and Resilient Water Systems. In parallel, SCNSU 2026 will also include a Sustainable Architecture and Green Summer Design Camp focusing on climate-responsive architecture and low-carbon urban development.
Selected high-quality papers in the water-related fields will be recommended for submission to the Journal of Water Management Modeling and will be considered through the journal’s standard editorial and peer-review process.
