The International Conference on the Sustainable Carbon Neutrality in Smart Urban will take place on 2 August 2024, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam. The goal of the conference is to bring together civil engineering and architecture researchers in Vietnam and around the world to share and discuss the latest scientific and technical advances in the fields of Sustainable Carbon Neutrality in Smart Urban, contributing to building better cities and urban areas for a net-zero carbon future. The high-quality papers in the field of Environmental and Water Resources will be invited to submit their papers for publication in the Journal of Water Management Modeling.
