The 28th International Conference on Hydraulics, Water Resources, River & Coastal Engineering was held in Warangal, India on December 20-22, 2023 — hosted by the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal and the Indian Society for Hydraulics (ISH). The conference provides a forum for dissemination of recent contributions from academics, scientists, researchers, practitioners, and consultants in the fields of hydraulics, hydrology, and water resources. The JWMM was chosen to publish the top papers from HYDRO 2023 as selected by conference organizers.
